We had zone conference last Thursday which was super good. It was up in Kirtland so we had the party bus with 4 other elders and some senior missionaries on the way up there because all of us elders are biking and don't have cars. Fun times. It was a really long day but lots of good stuff that was learned. Sister Brown talked to us about Thomas B. Marsh and how pride can lead to apostasy. And then President talked to us about using our brains pretty much. Some people just don't have one and they definitely need it.
St. Patrick's Day in Cleveland is HUGE! At 8 in the morning, most of the bars were open and people were already out getting drunk. It made for a good day. And for some reason when it turns to March 17th, everyone suddenly thinks they are Irish and it becomes the biggest holiday ever. Everyone was wearing green and it could have been -10 degrees and everyone still would have been out. Crazy people.
Nothing really happened this week. We are doing a ton of knocking on doors trying to find people but not much is happening. Haven't been able to contact Wilfredo lately. He's just never home when we go over and we don't have a good number for him. That's about all that we have going for us at all, but that might get moved to the new area. We will find out eventually.
Here is a district picture from last week.
Love,
Elder Woodward
